Frogsicles From God

Authored by Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum

In her first children’s book published in July, 2017, Cathy Rosenbaum describes the life-changing, Alaskan adventure of a Midwest family. This book will create a curiosity in children who love adventure and will expand young, vivid imaginations about nature. Children ages 3 to 10 years will learn about the hibernation process in a frog’s life cycle.

Daddy Parks is a church pastor who is trying to teach his two children to respect the mysteries of life and God’s glorious creation. Mommy and Daddy Parks decide to team up and play an engaging game with their children during this special trip. They will pose a series of whimsical, thought-provoking questions to Paula and Peter that end up teaching them important life lessons.

Don’t Sweep It Under the Drug! Integrating Evidence-Based Body Mind & Spiritual Practices into Your Health & Wellness Tool Kit

Authored by Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum

Don’t Sweep It Under the Drug! Integrating Evidence-Based Body Mind & Spiritual Practices Into Your Health & Wellness Tool Kit, published in November, 2015, is Dr. Rosenbaum’s first book on health and healing directed toward baby boomers. In every modern pharmacy and health food store, flashy vitamins and dietary supplements compete with old-fashioned one-a-days and Flintstones tablets. But what actually works? How do under regulated supplements interact with the daily prescription drugs most Americans take? Who can help boomers sort out the answers?

Dr. Rosenbaum spent fifteen years exploring the overuse of prescription drugs and dietary supplements characteristic of American lifestyles. A trip to China inspired her to use her pharmacological knowledge to help people manage prescriptions and improve their health through a holistic mind-body-spirit paradigm. She recognizes the value of prescription medication, but explains how diet, exercise, and stress management take health care regimens to the next level. Don’t Sweep It Under the Drug! allows you to benefit from her unique, scientifically backed approach to building a personalized health tool kit.
